MSS, Inc began in 1984, owned and operated by Dallas and Thomas Swain.  The once primary custom home and commercial electrical company transitioned into the multi-family market with the assistance of Daniel Ortiz.  Daniel joined our team in 2016 to form MSS-Ortiz Electrical Services. Since Daniel has become a partner, he has made it easier for the company to move into the market of multi-family living.

We haven't forgotten our roots in the commercial and custom-built home industry that started the company.  We have only broadened our horizons in order to provide reliable electrical services to as many customers as possible. To date, MSS-Ortiz has served over 3500 apartment units, 150 homes, and continues to work with commercial contractors on a day to day basis.
